The Role
What You'll Do
As our Guest Axeperience Coordinator, you're the first face every guest sees — and the reason they leave raving about us. Your primary mission: ensure every guest has an axecellent experience from the moment they walk in.
- Greet all guests with energy and a great attitude
- Manage and confirm reservation schedules
- Check guests in for their sessions
- Provide safety briefings for axe throwing
- Instruct guests on duckpin bowling rules & setup
- Keep the floor running smoothly during peak hours
- Coordinate with bar & kitchen staff for groups
- Handle guest questions and special requests
- Enforce safety protocols at all times
- Assist with private event & party setup/breakdown
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, high-energy personality — you naturally own the room
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service preferred
- Comfortable instructing and speaking to groups of all sizes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, loud, fun environment
- Reliable, punctual, team-first attitude
- Must be 18 or older (axe throwing venue requirement)
Compensation
Pay & Schedule
Total Hourly Compensation
$20–$30
Hourly + Tips = $20–$30/hr
Pay Frequency
Weekly
Paid every week
Part-Time Position · Paid Weekly. Shifts vary including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Venue hours: Tue–Thu 3pm–9pm | Fri 3pm–11pm | Sat 11am–11pm | Sun 11am–9pm
